Allowing the Relyance Domain Analyzer IPs

Relyance Domain Analyzer crawls your website to discover tracking technologies such as cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, fingerprinting scripts, etc.

If your website is using WAF, CDN protection (e.g., Cloudflare), bot/crawler prevention, IPS/IDS, application firewall, or hosting/server-level blocking rules, there is a high chance that these security systems will block our Domain Analyzer.

If our Domain Analyzer is blocked from accessing the website, you’ll observe any of the following issues.

  • The domain scan fails.
  • The scan completes but reports 0 tracking technologies found.
  • The website screenshot is not displayed in the Interface Builder preview section.

Solution

To ensure that Relyance Domain Analyzer is not blocked, please configure your security systems (Cloudflare, AWS WAF, Akamai, etc.) to permit traffic from the following Relyance IP addresses.

  • 34.82.181.167
  • 35.199.149.43
  • 34.145.53.165
  • 8.229.95.221
  • 34.83.113.133

Once these are allowed, our Domain Analyzer can crawl your website and discover the tracking technologies without any hassle.
